Traditional Korean houses aka hanok can be found in the heart of Seoul, at the Bukchon Hanok Village. It’s really fun roaming around the area, witnessing a slice of her culture but I can’t help but wonder if the residents are inconvenienced…

One out of the eight photo spots on the Bukchon Hanok Village walking tour, with Changdeokgung in the distance. Located in between Gyeongbokgung, Changdeokgung and Jongmyo, it is an area where Korean traditional houses (also known as hanok) are preserved. The walking tour of this area and its photo spots are made famous by a K-variety programme, 1 Night 2 Days.
